Vegas Hero

This is the official Vegas Hero site for players in the Netherlands. The licensed casino and sportsbook brings slots, jackpots, live dealers and sports betting together in one account, and you play from a single balance in euros or crypto. As a new player at Vegas Hero Casino, you get a choice: 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins for the casino, or 100% up to €100 for sports.

The Vegas Hero casino: from slots to live tables

The Vegas Hero casino holds thousands of games, neatly sorted into fixed lobbies. So there’s no need for endless scrolling: open the category you’re in the mood for and pick a game from there. Alongside the main categories, there are separate sections for new releases (New) and much-played titles (Popular), and a rotating provider of the week puts a different studio in the spotlight. Many games come with a free demo, which is handy for learning the rules and features before you play for real money.

Slots

Slots make up by far the largest part of the lobby. There are classic three-reel fruit machines, video slots with free spins and bonus games, Megaways slots where the number of ways to win changes with every spin, and Bonus Buy titles that let you buy the bonus feature straight away instead of waiting for it to land. New titles are added all the time, so there’s almost always something fresh to discover.

Jackpots

If you’re after a big prize, the jackpot lobby is your starting point. There you’ll find progressive jackpots, which keep growing with every bet, alongside games with a fixed top prize. The latest additions appear under New Jackpots, and if you’ve never played for a jackpot before, the jackpot slots with simple rules are a good first step.

Table games

Blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker are available here as digital RNG versions. With no dealer and no timer, you set the pace of every hand or spin yourself. That makes this the place to practise a strategy or learn a new variant before you take a seat at a live table.

Instant games

Instant and arcade games are made for short sessions: you make one choice per round and see the result within a few seconds. Ideal for fifteen minutes on the bus or over lunch.

Live casino

The live casino streams real dealers and hosts straight to your screen. There’s live blackjack, live roulette, baccarat, poker variants and game shows with their own studio sets and extra bonus rounds. The lobby is divided into sections including top tables, international tables and a separate area for Baccarat and Dice, so you can quickly find a table with the pace and stakes that suit you.

All the games are supplied by external studios, and independent testing labs check their software before a title goes into the lobby. Below are the developers you’ll come across at Vegas Hero.

The Vegas Hero sportsbook: betting before and during the match

Vegas Hero is more than a casino: the same account also gives you a full sportsbook. You bet with the same balance you use for slots and tables, so there’s no need to move money between two wallets. There are markets on domestic and international competitions, both before kick-off and while the match is under way. You can find your sport in the list in the menu or by typing its name into the search bar.

Sports and competitions

• Ball sports: football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey and volleyball
• Outdoor sports: cycling, golf, rugby and cricket
• Indoor sports: darts, snooker and table tennis
• Combat sports: boxing and other contact sports
• Virtual sports: simulated matches in football, tennis, basketball and ice hockey
• Esports: Valorant, CS2, League of Legends, Dota 2, Call of Duty and StarCraft

Bet types

• 1X2: the home side wins, the match ends in a draw or the away side wins
• Double chance: you cover two of the three outcomes with one bet
• Over/under: more or fewer goals or points than the set line
• Both teams to score: yes or no
• Handicap: one of the teams is given a notional head start or deficit
• Accumulators and Bet Builder: several selections together on one bet slip

In-play betting and virtual sports

In-play betting means placing your bet while the match is already being played. The odds move with the score and the run of play, so you can respond to what’s happening on the pitch. Virtual sports aren’t tied to a fixture list and start throughout the day, even in the middle of the night. In the settings, you choose your time zone, your language and how the odds are shown: decimal, fractional or American. Most Dutch bettors go for decimal – at odds of 2.10, every euro you stake returns €2.10 if you win, including your stake.

One set of login details gets you into everything: the casino, the live casino and the sportsbook.

2. Enter your account’s email address and password.
3. Confirm – your balance and active bonuses appear right away.

Lost your password? Choose the password reset option on the login screen. You’ll receive an email at your registered address that lets you set a new password.

Making a deposit

You deposit through the cashier, and with most methods the money shows up in your balance almost instantly.

1. Log in and go to the cashier.
2. Choose Deposit, then a payment method such as iDEAL.
3. Enter the amount; the minimum deposit is €10.
4. If you like, select your welcome bonus or enter a promo code.
5. Approve the payment in your banking app or wallet.

Withdrawing your winnings

Payouts are also requested through the cashier. Before your first withdrawal, Vegas Hero asks for a one-off verification (KYC): in your profile, you upload valid ID, a recent proof of address and proof of the payment method you use.

1. Go to the cashier and choose Withdraw.
2. Select a method – where possible, the same one you deposited with.
3. Enter the amount: between €10 and €5,000 per transaction.
4. Confirm your request and follow its status in your account overview.

Once your verification is complete, withdrawals are usually processed within 1–3 working days. How soon the money then appears also depends on your bank or wallet.

Welcome bonus and weekly promotions

With your first deposit, you choose one welcome offer, for either the casino or sports. After that, there are reload bonuses, free spins and cashback every week. Each part of a bonus comes with its own terms, including a wagering requirement, a validity period and a maximum bet per round while the bonus is active.

Casino bonus of 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins

If you go for the casino, your first deposit is doubled with a bonus of up to €500, plus 200 free spins. You choose the offer when you register or later with your first deposit, and if you have a promo code, you enter it at the same time. Here’s how it works out for different amounts:

Deposit more than €500 and the bonus stops growing: it stays at €500, and you play with the rest as your own balance.

Sports bonus of 100% up to €100

Prefer betting on sport? Then choose the sports version: your first deposit is doubled with a bonus of up to €100 for the sportsbook. You can only claim one of the two welcome bonuses, so pick the one that best suits the way you play.

Reload bonuses and cashback

After the welcome bonus, regular promotions run across every part of the site. An overview:

Live cashback isn’t credited automatically. Deposit and play at the live tables from Monday to Sunday, then request the amount the following Monday via live chat or by email.

Bonuses for crypto players

If you deposit with cryptocurrency, you get access to a separate set of offers:

• Crypto welcome bonus: 200% up to 3,000 USDT
• Weekly reload: 50% extra up to 500 USDT
• At weekends: 60% up to 1,000 USDT, or 75% up to 750 USDT with 100 free spins on top

Extras for sports bettors

The sportsbook has features that directly affect how much a bet pays out:

• Accumulator boost: a higher payout on winning accumulators.
• Early payout: your bet is paid out as soon as your team goes two goals ahead.
• Boosted odds on selected markets.
• Risk-free Bet Builder: if the qualifying bet loses, you get up to €50 back as a free bet.

The VIP club, coins and tournaments

As soon as you open an account, you automatically start at level 1 of the VIP club. There are five levels in total, and each step up brings extra benefits. The cashback you receive as a member also grows with your deposits.

The table shows which benefits come with which level:

So from level 3 you can discuss higher withdrawal limits, and from level 4 you have a dedicated point of contact in the form of a personal VIP manager.

Collecting and spending coins

Separately from the VIP levels, you collect coins, Vegas Hero’s own reward currency. You earn them for almost everything you do on the site: a deposit, a round on a slot, a bet, a completed challenge or a high finish in a tournament. In the shop, you exchange coins for bonus money, free spins or free bets, and a separate page shows which items other players choose most often.

Challenges

Challenges are small tasks, such as placing a bet, playing a particular game or activating a bonus. There are one-off tasks as well as weekly series for the casino and sports. Complete at least 20 of the 40 casino or sports tasks within a week and you receive an extra reward in coins.

Tournaments

Tournaments run in both the casino and the sportsbook and last anywhere from a few hours to a whole month. The higher you finish on the leaderboard, the bigger your share of the prize pool, which is made up of cash or coins.

Payment methods for Dutch players

All deposits and withdrawals go through the cashier in your account. At Vegas Hero, you can use iDEAL, Bancontact, payment cards, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity, Skrill and crypto such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT. Wherever possible, a payout goes back to the method you deposited with.

This table shows what each method supports:

A single withdrawal is capped at €5,000, and with some methods the limit is lower. For a larger amount, you submit several requests. E-wallets and crypto are usually the quickest; with cards and bank transfers, your bank’s processing time also comes into play. Your verification has to be complete before your first payout, and from VIP level 3 you can discuss higher limits.

Playing on your phone or tablet

There’s no need to download an app at Vegas Hero, because there isn’t one. The site adapts fully to your screen and works in the browser of any smartphone or tablet running iOS or Android. You log in with the same details as on your computer and have the same balance, the same bonuses and the same history.

A shortcut on your home screen

With a shortcut on your home screen, you can open the site with a single tap:

1. iPhone or iPad: open the site in Safari, tap the share icon and choose Add to Home Screen.
2. Android: open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Add to Home screen.
3. Give the shortcut a name and confirm.

What can you do on mobile?

Everything you use on desktop: the casino, the live casino, the jackpots, the sportsbook including in-play betting, the cashier, the shop and your challenges. Depositing, withdrawing, activating a bonus or requesting cashback is just as easy from your phone. For live tables and in-play betting, a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection is a good idea, so the stream keeps running without stuttering.

Safety and responsible gambling

Licence and fair games

Vegas Hero is a casino and sportsbook with an international licence. The games are made by external studios, and their software is checked by independent testing laboratories. For slots, table games and instant games, the outcome is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). At the live tables, you simply follow every card and every spin of the wheel on your screen.

Your data, protected

Traffic to and from the site is encrypted with SSL/TLS, so nobody can read your login or payment details along the way. Your personal data is used only for your account, age verification and processing payments. VegasHero Casino also follows anti-money laundering procedures based on European rules; the one-off identity check before your first withdrawal is part of this.

Responsible gambling

Gambling should stay fun. That’s why your profile has tools that let you set your own limits:

• a deposit limit per day, week or month
• limits on your losses and your stakes
• session limits and a reality check that keeps track of your playing time
• a short time-out
• self-exclusion for a longer period

Do you feel that gambling is playing a bigger part in your life than you’d like? Loket Kansspel offers free, anonymous advice, and AGOG puts you in touch with people who have first-hand experience and others in the same situation. You must be 18 or over to play at Vegas Hero.

Customer support: always available

Got a question about your account, a deposit, your verification or the terms of a bonus? Customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can help you in several languages. These are the channels:

You can start the live chat straight from the site, on mobile too. You also request your weekly live cashback via the chat or by email.
